Navigating autism, ADHD, and sensory needs can feel overwhelming. We're here to help — with free support groups, educational workshops, and a curated list of trusted local resources.

You're Not Alone

Support groups

All groups are free, inclusive, and held in a sensory-friendly environment.

First Saturday of the month, 10am – 12pm

Parent & Caregiver Group

A confidential space for parents and caregivers to share experiences, resources, and encouragement. Light refreshments served. Siblings welcome to play in the gym during the meeting.

Third Wednesday, 6pm – 7:30pm

Newly Diagnosed Support

For parents and families in the early days of a diagnosis. A gentle, guided space to ask questions, process feelings, and find your footing.

Every Tuesday, 4pm – 7pm

Teens Connecting

A social and support group for teens 13+. Build friendships, share experiences, and just hang out — in a space designed for you.

Second Thursday, 5pm – 7pm

Adults with Disabilities

A monthly meetup for adults 18+ with disabilities. Topics vary — from self-advocacy to social connection, hobbies, and community resources.

Educational workshops

Free, practical workshops to help you navigate, advocate, and thrive as a family.

Sensory Processing 101

An introductory workshop for parents, educators, and community members. Learn the basics of sensory processing and how to support different sensory profiles.

Advocacy & IEPs

A practical workshop on navigating school systems, understanding IEPs, and effectively advocating for your child's needs.

Next: August 8th, 6pm

Self-Care for Caregivers

You can't pour from an empty cup. This workshop focuses on caregiver wellbeing, burnout prevention, and finding your own support.

Next: August 22nd, 6pm

Understanding Stimming

A workshop that reframes stimming as a healthy, natural part of self-regulation. For parents, teachers, and community members.
