Waiver Agreement

THE STIMMING CO. — LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that participating in activities at The Stimming Co. involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm that may arise from use of equipment, participation in programs, and presence on the premises.

I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibilities for myself and any minors or dependents listed in this waiver. I understand that The Stimming Co. provides sensory-friendly equipment, climbing walls, swings, foam pits, and other physical activity equipment, and that use of such equipment carries risk.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Stimming Co., its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while using the facility or participating in any program or event.

I confirm that all participants listed are physically able to participate in activities, and I have disclosed any known medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may require accommodation. I authorize The Stimming Co. staff to seek emergency medical treatment in the event I cannot be reached.

I understand that The Stimming Co. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and that my participation is voluntary. I have read this waiver in full and agree to its terms freely and knowingly.

What ages need a waiver?+

Every visitor, regardless of age, must be covered by a signed waiver. A parent or legal guardian signs for minors.

Can I sign when I arrive?+

We strongly encourage signing ahead of time — it makes your first visit smooth and fast. But yes, we can help you complete it at the gym if needed.

Does one waiver cover all visits?+

Yes! Once your waiver is on file, you're covered for all future visits. You only need to update us if your contact info or medical information changes.

Is this a legally binding document?+
